Each year's schedule promises crowd pleasing diversity form jazz to symphony. Advance season tickets may be purchased or individual performances are available at the door.

Graham has two different museums to offer. The Old Post Office and Museum Art Center and the Robert E. Richeson Memorial Museum.
The Old Post Office and Museum Art Center is a general museum of history and fine arts. In 2002, Graham renovated an old U.S. post office to house the museum. A variety of professional art displays are featured at the museum every week. 9am-4pm Tue-Fri
The Robert E. Richeson Memorial Museum offers World War II memorablia to view. It is located above the Commemorative Air Force Cactus Squadron hanger at the Graham Municipal Airport. It contains keepsakes donated by former military personnel including munitions, uniforms, a large collection of model aircraft of the era, and items of everyday military life.
